Stylists are reviewed on performance, daily, monthly and yearly… It’s a constant evolution. We are here to support, mentor, challenge and reward them for enthusiasm, dedication and passion towards our team.
New Talent
A New Talent Team member is defined as a person who has newly joined our team, and has completed all Manitoba Tradesman qualification requirements. As a professional salon, we require all of our staff to deliver services at the highest degree of ability, and so we offer service pricing to accommodate the growth of our newest team members, to help build their clientele, and accurately reflect their level of experience. New Talents also attend structured education to further develop their professional and manual skills, and perform under the guidance of Educators, Elite and Director Service Providers.
Intermediate Service Provider
An Intermediate Stylist is described as a generalist, having experienced 1+ years on the salon floor, continually developing their skill set, refining techniques and professional abilities. As Senior`s are still refining or enhancing their skill set, education is a priority. Therefore they are kept busy with educational seminars, attending to guest services, and building their career.
Senior Service Provider
Senior Professionals are recognized as highly skilled service providers who are actively increasing their level of productivity, and improving their skill set. They are independently able to perform all services prescribed by their trade accurately, with polished professionalism and finish. We pride ourselves on the dedication of our team and the growth of skills and ability. Our highly skilled advanced staff represent the passion to grow creatively and professionally, and extending in all areas of their trade.
Director Service Provider
As a Director, or Master Class service provider, they offer exceptional quality service, consistent with that of a highly skilled service provider, aligning themselves with the minimum professional pricing of other Director service providers. Our Directors are specialists in their trade, and may have particular areas of expertise. All Director`s must be registered, and having completed all prescribed hours and education, as set by Manitoba Regulations, and hold a high level of experience and expertise in their profession, often mentoring junior team members. We aim to make your experience stress free, enjoyable and connective.
Elite Service Provider
Our select band of elite are described as our highest level of skill, professionalism and experience. Selection into this strata is by invitation only. They execute all services with care and diligence, and ensure that they retain a Raving Fan Base. Elite Service Provider`s contributes to the continued success of Pantages and exemplifies the Pantages Ideal and contribute in the Companies mentorship program, dealing exclusively with junior staff, to help improve their ability and professionalism.
