Firstly, thank you for taking the time to browse our website! Pantages on Park Salon & Spa has been a labour of love for myself, and my staff for over 25 years. What started out as a dream has been realised, and redefined many times over the years, with our core ideals and beliefs still engaged;
OUR MISSION STATEMENT…
We unite people who are passionate about hair, beauty and health in the quest to innovate, inspire and enable what we call moments of triumph - every day. We hold ourselves accountable to our guests, profession, industry and our community. The levels of expectation and professionalism associated with our name continue to grow, as we evolve with each experience. We strive to give more, not just in service, or customer services, but creatively, socially and environmentally, through opportunities such as education, reinvention and replenishment. We provide a professional, relaxed and uplifting environment, attracting world class associates, and clientele. We strive for not only professional recognition, but also a positive, motivating and enjoyable experience for staff and guests alike. We strive for perfection, but recognise the evolution of our industry means we must continue to seek higher levels of development.

As a stylist, educator and salon owner, my journey has been a challenging one. When first developing a business, we wanted to incorporate not only the focus of external beauty, but to balance them with an environmental and community consciousness. We began the task of seeking products that aligned themselves with our mission, whose products were ethically sourced, waste disposed with minimal environmental impact, and whose continued education supported the growth of our company.
With this in mind, Pantages developed our own range of hair cleansing and styling products, especially for your requirements. Our products are environmentally aware, health conscious and beneficial to the integrity of your hair. Our ingredients and production support Canadian made ideals, as we are locally produced. We are so proud of our product, we will even refill the bottle (as we know you’ll want more), to keep our containers out of the landfills.
Pantages on Park recognise how hard it is to find not only the services you require, but also service providers to build a relationship with. As education, experience and growth are assets within our profession, we regularly review performance to adequately assess the development of our team. Our staff are defined by level of education, experience and expertise in all levels so that we may better suit your requirements.

Pantages Philosophy
At Pantages on Park, we Endeavour to create Service Excellence, exceptional skill set and the highest levels of professionalism.
Our aim is to meet the high expectations that have long been associated with our Company, and to ensure our guests receive not only a service, but an experience.
Our space is designed to relax and renew, with an emphasis on harmony, and positive energy. We combine the benefits of Aesthetics, Hairdressing and Relaxation Massage, to assist our guests in the continuing wellness. Our elements combine to offer guests multiple services within a single visit, to offer reinvention and replenishment.
As an environmentally conscious Company, we align ourselves with practices and companies that support both a healthier work environment, and an eco-aware sourcing, producing and distribution code.
In order to maintain our level of knowledge, skill set and passion, we acknowledge and encourage further education.
As part the team, we support a variety of community events, as well as national charities. Our commitment to improving not only the lives of those we deal with directly, is extended to a wider conscious.
